Samples

A. Yes, we offer a returnable samples service to help you to evaluate for yourself the different qualities and styles of our garments.

Q. Can I see samples of garments with my logo on?

A. We can certainly produce a visual representation of your finished garment. We can sometimes produce actual garment samples if there are high quantities needed, but please contact us to discuss this further.

Embroidery

Q. What can I have embroidered on a garment ?

A. Embroidery is ideal for all sorts of logos and also wording. This can be in different colours, designs and styles.

Q. Do I have to pay to have my design created ?

A. In order to embroider your logo onto your corporate staff wear, hi-vis or promotional clothing, we need to create a small computer program that operates the embroidery machines. This process is called digitising and there is a one off charge for this, typically around £20

Q. Do I have to buy a minimum quantity of garments ?

A. No, you can just buy one garment from us if you like, although the more you buy, the cheaper the price per garment.

Printing

Q. What process do you use for printing?

A. As well as embroidery, we offer garments customised with heat press vinyl lettering and logos, this can be a range of colours and styles and is particularly suited for large bold logo designs. We also do screen printing, and the print methods can be mixed, so for example, we can produce a garment with embroidery on the front and screen printing and vinyl press on the back – like our school leavers garments.

Q. Can you print a photograph on a tee shirt ?

A. Yes, using our ink sublimation process, we can print almost anything onto a sublimation tee shirt or polo shirt.

Q. How should I wash a printed garment?

A. Unless there are instructions in the garment to say otherwise, printed clothing should always be washed inside-out and at no higher temperature than 40°C. No bleach or strong washing detergents should be used.

Q. Can I iron a printed garment?

A.  This will depend on the process used to print the garment. The printed areas should be pressed on a cool-warm setting from the reverse side of the garment.

Artwork

Q. What is the best way for me to send you my logo or design ?

A. We prefer to receive artwork in high resolution electronic format if possible (.pdf, .eps, .tiff, hi-resolution .jpg/jpeg). Please note that graphics taken from websites are generally not good enough for us to utilise due to their low resolution.

Q. Can you design a logo for me ?

A. Yes, our design team can work with you to create a logo for your business. Once we have met with you to discuss your marketing brief we will give you a guide of the cost for producing a final design. Our studio will then produce a few suggestions in rough form for you to look at before we finalise a design and produce your finished artwork.

Pricing, Payment and Delivery

Q. How do you work out your pricing ?

A. The price we quote for your choice of garments will depend on the number of garments you require, the type of garment (or combination of types) and what you want printed on the garments. If you let us have all of this information, we will be happy to quote you a price

Q. How do you take payment ?

A. For the first order we ask for payment in advance, by cash, cheque, bacs or credit card. After the first order, we will be happy to discuss setting up a credit account for you.
