Supported Apprenticeships

JERICHO supported apprenticeships are available for people who need a helping hand to enter the workforce.

Employed in one of our social enterprises, apprentices can expect a real job in a real business plus a recognised qualification thanks to our partnership with Next Level Training. In addition, a JERICHO supported apprenticeship offers a wrap-around programme of personal development, mentoring, training and specialist support.

An apprenticeship at JERICHO is designed to be a stepping-stone into sustainable employment. Each apprentice is allocated a People Support Officer who provides information, advice and guidance to help them stay engaged and achieve. In the last three years, 100% of our apprentices have progressed into positive outcomes upon completion of their time with us.

A JERICHO apprentice can expect:

  • 30 hours of work per week

  • National Apprenticeship Minimum Wage

  • Level 2 NVQ in a relevant qualification

  • Level 1 Functional Skills in Maths, English & IT, if required
